Job Purpose

  • Design and successful delivery of HR transactional processes, as well as leading the progression of the function and the broadening of the scope of services provided
  • Ensure an effective back-end operation is run with seamless coloration with inter-departments, and external bodies.
  • Providing an excellent HR service to employees.
  • Major Activities

  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring security of personal and company data are in accordance with legislative guidelines, company policies and procedures
  • Maintain and develop commercially relevant and legally compliant HR policies and processes
  • Lead, coach and develop the HR Operations team including Payroll, Comben & HRIS
  • Developed pay structure for all employee levels
  • Managing pay rates for the new hire, existing employee based on the cycle (Promotion, Mutation and Demotion) through determining the employee compensation and increment rate are based on the budgeting plan.
  • Responsible for evaluating and re-evaluating for the job position to ensure that the salary or pay scheme are based on the procedures and workload/job evaluations align with the company range.
  • Designing the benefit scheme for the company throughout the impact analysis and continuous improvement plan in a consistent best case practice.
  • Managing the employee salary component updates on the HR system and lean recording as well as maintain all related data for the administrative process.
  • Managing the employee Travel and Accommodations services to ensure the business process are running
  • Requirements

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager/Manager with min 5 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Having knowledge and experience in job evaluation, compensation modeling, salary survey methodologies, and business partnering
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
