Roles & Responsibilities
Daily Operation – Documentation Handling: Assist FC Liaise with logistics service providers and customers to ensure on time deliveries. Manage shipping documentation for accuracy and the timely release of invoices from the customer. Maintain monitoring dashboard for all shipments processed to keep good tracking in the volume of activities. Help control on billing matters with logistics service providers to reduce the delay of payment processing to logistics service providers. Vendor Management: Assist and Manage and monitor performance of logistics service providers to ensure on time delivery of shipments. Participate in vendor performance review to ensure vendor adherence to committed lead time. Support insurance claim which arises from logistics service providers or internal trucking to ensure maximum recovery on losses. Work jointly with logistics service providers as well as Management Team on transport plan deployment to minimize transition difficulties during implementation. Customer Management: Liaise with internal and external customers on transportation matters to ensure smooth operations. Improve service level by identifying optimization of processes and procedures.Freight Invoice Management: Receive weekly/monthly manual invoices from logistics service providers. Manual freight audit.Submit payment approval.
