岗位职责:
1. 拓展市场,精准传递公司物流产品方案与服务信息;
2. 开发中国-东南亚跨境电商B2C物流客户,包括但不限于货运代理/集货卖家/跨境电商卖家客户/出海品牌等;
3. 维护与管理现有客户关系,管理并及时更新客户信息,促进货量的稳定及提升;
4. 收集市场信息和客户需求,有效反馈至产品团队,促进新产品开发及现有服务的改进与提升;
5. 针对客户业务阶段,及时主动提供针对性的物流解决方案,推动销售进程,拓展销售业绩;
6. 内外部团队紧密合作,协助管理客户物流全流程并及时反馈与介入,合理管理客户需求与期望,促进问题解决,推动物流业务的深入合作;
7. 完成个人业务指标与团队销售指标;
