Job Purpose

The Key Account Manager (KAM) division manages partnerships with the major e-commerce platforms, becoming a one stop solution for the partners on all issues from minor operational queries to reviewing and negotiating the commercial deal with the platform. We have an end to end view and understanding of Ninja Xpress's business, and work together with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to help enhance the core business to serve our partners better.

This Key Account Executive - Crossborder will manage Ninja Xpress’s crossborder clients, both import and export. Serving a support management role that includes analysis, data report, assisting clients inquiries and monitoring daily operations.

Job Description

  • Manage daily operations by working together with both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Become go-to person for all things related to client / manage requests or queries from client
  • Work with other stakeholders for the resolution of operational / tech issues
  • Provide insights for improvement initiatives 
  • Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in logistics industry preferred 
  • Experience in customer service / client-facing preferred
  • Proficient in English
  • Able to speak actively in Chinese (HSK 4)
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint
