Responsibilities
Key Account LeadManage the pool of existing shipper assigned,a team of key account for strategic clients and customer service team for important clients.Work closely with KAM to come up with overall Retention performanceSupport the KAM handling billing, value added services design and coordination with ops etc.Own and manage rapport with existing clients from on boarding, training, and building customer trust towards Fulfillment service.Main customer support for existing operational and system inquiries.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate leanings.Customer RetentionHandle inquiries and perform related duties, including ad hoc and fulfillment related tasks as assigned.Requirements
At least 03 months of experience in account management, customer success rolesAt least Diploma / Degree in any fieldA passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAdept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasksBusiness development or account management experience in eCommerce Logistics marketStrong existing working relationships with clientsBy completing and submitting this form, you attest to the accuracy of the personal information you have entered.
