Develop strategy to manage line haul resources in the most effective manner, including key performance indicator, target setting, hiring/procuring strategy, and resource budget/quota in certain regionNetwork planning with related function, including parcel journey, number of waves, ETD/ETD schedule, cross dock location, transportation mode alternatives to ensure SLA meet requirement in certain regionCapacity planning based on network in certain regionConduct initiatives and cost efficiency strategy/policy related to network and resource in certain regionImplement system and tools for process improvement and visibility include training and monitoring in certain regionReporting and analytics based on key performance indicator on speed and cost in certain region
