About the Unit: Last Mile Unit focuses on the final stage of delivery, where goods get from a distribution center directly to the customer's doorstep - ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the end customer. This Unit also tackles challenges like efficient routing in dense areas, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction. 

About the Job: The Operations Manager will be tasked to oversee all operations and expansion in his/her area assignment. In addition, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the operational health of his area and will lead the team of several other managers/supervisors. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee last mile operations in his/her respective cluster
  • Assist with the recruitment process and coordination with the fleet training team on the provision of trainings to develop the desired skill set and  competence of the team.
  • Represent his/her cluster to the Operations Unit and help resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction and needs.
  • Scale operational capacity
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the Unit Head.
  • Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in any field
  • Solid experience in the logistics and/or E-commerce industry.
  • Cash and Resource Management
  • People Management
  • Geographical knowledge or familiarity of the assigned area.
  • Data and Metrics interpretation
