Get to know the role
As an Operations Planning & Growth, you will drive and own key initiatives to maintain our operational speed performance. You will be spending most of your time crunching numbers - gap analysis in framing operational strategic plans; coordinating, collaborating, and problem-solving with various cross-functional & management teams regarding high-priority operational issues or improvement opportunities.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership for their work, an independent and fast learner, and is self-driven to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • - Responsible for the full end to end operation Service Level Completion / Lead Time / SLA
  • - Drive overall operation performance review, assessing, developing, and refining the overall network planning in Region Level
  • - Drive optimization project for efficiency : facility expansion, parcel journey, wave changes, and special operations process
  • - Supports business decisions also creating project improvement to reduce lead time 
  • A Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree from Management, Economics, Engineering, or Supply Chain
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably from the logistic/supply chain industry
  • Proven success in working within dynamic and complex environments
  • A data-driven mindset. Able to transform data into actionable Insights.
  • Curious and have strong project management skills in order to lead strategic initiatives and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Basic knowledge for automation/SQL/Python or analytics tools Tableau/Datastudio/PowerBI etc is a plus
