Responsibilities
Administer payroll processes, including data maintenance, salary calculation, and payment processing.Prepare accurate payment reports, especially for operational payroll.Collaborate with the team and supervisor to manage payroll and benefits data effectively.Identify opportunities to optimize payroll processes, improving efficiency and employee experience.Ensure all salary components (income and deductions) in the HRIS are accurately updated and clearly recorded.Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Payroll or Tax administration.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tax, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel, with familiarity in payroll reporting; experience with SAP is a plus.Basic knowledge of Income Tax, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and BPJS Kesehatan practices.Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.Advanced skills in managing and analyzing large datasets using Excel and other tools.Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
