Responsibilities

  • Assist with data preparation and analysis for mid-year reviews and ongoing KPI assessments.
  • Perform daily uploads and updates of KPI data for probation tracking.
  • Support the People Analytics team by conducting data analysis and monitoring key metrics related to employee performance and engagement.
  • Contribute to creating dashboards and reports to provide insights on performance trends.
  • Requirements

  • Final-year student or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and KPI management.
  • Ability to handle and interpret large datasets accurately.
