Responsibilities
Assist with data preparation and analysis for mid-year reviews and ongoing KPI assessments.Perform daily uploads and updates of KPI data for probation tracking.Support the People Analytics team by conducting data analysis and monitoring key metrics related to employee performance and engagement.Contribute to creating dashboards and reports to provide insights on performance trends.Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degreeStrong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools is a plus.Basic understanding of HR processes and KPI management.Ability to handle and interpret large datasets accurately.
