Responsibilities

  • Involved end to end Operations Agreement renewal process
  • Responsible to upload the data to e-sign Platform
  • Make sure all the data e-signed correctly and sending the documents to the approval line and to employee
  • Maintaining database of Personnel Management
  • Filing Documents
  • Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with e-signature platforms and document management is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.
