Business Analyst InternTurn research and knowledge into actionable plans to support team on new technologies or best practices (if any)Do in charge/ Support gathering, analyzing, and creating product development requirements.Be creative when working with the team and get involved in giving advice to improve the product.Build test cases and conduct test features/productDevelop documentation to guide users on how to use new featuresReceive ticket feedback from users (bugs,...) on the channels, manage tickets until completed and reportJobs are assigned by superiors
