Responsibilities
Establish and maintain quality assurance standard operating procedures (SOPs)Review, develop, implement, and manage organization’s processes, standards and policies to ensure that services meet required specifications for quality;Ensure compliance with government regulations and all legal standards;Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues;Monitor all operations that affect quality;
Assure the reliability and consistency of services by checking processes and final outputEnsure that the quality control procedures are implemented during every step of the delivery services processes.Plan and conduct internal quality audits.Establish and implement the Inspection and Test Plan.Test and inspect services to bring them up to certain quality standards.Respond to client complaints related to the services quality, conducting the root cause analysis and taking necessary corrective actions.Liaise with CE Team to appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied;Perform statistical analysis of test results.Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation;
Correctiveand Preventive actionsFacilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data;Analyze the data thoroughly to find the areas of growth;Develop and monitor appropriate corrective actions on identified problems;Identify potential sources of error and suggest ways to eliminate them. (Preventive Actions);Identify the training requirements to meet the quality standards;Build strategies to make the delivery process more efficient.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesTrain QA staff members.Oversee the daily workflow and schedules of the department.Lead QA process improvement initiativesLead Instructor Training on QA-related topicsOrganize, manage, and assist manual and automated QA executives to ensure minimal services defect leaks;Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspectionsRequirements
2 - 4 years working with team management role;Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standardsBachelor degree (Preference: Business, commerce, social studies and humanity).Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill, Problem solving, Strong analytical skill, able to identify competency gaps;Have strong leadership and teamwork skills to build positive relationships.Have analytical minds produce better results when analyzing large amounts of data.Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methodsOutstanding communication skillsWorking address: Ninja Van Vietnam Office, 307/21 Nguyen Van Troi, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.
