We are looking for a Commercial Strategy Assistant Manager to support the growth of the Fulfilment & Warehousing business unit. This role would involve working closely with regional and local stakeholders to influence the business strategy.
The ideal candidate for the role should have strong analytical abilities, a structured, logical approach to problem solving and an aptitude for learning about new products, services, and markets within a short period of time. You will have the opportunity to lead several workstreams and projects end-to-end, from initial planning stages up to final execution.
Responsibilities
Drive commercial strategy initiatives, from ideation to developmentLead and project manage ongoing strategic projects, liaising with multiple stakeholders in order to meet the timelinesAnalyse competitive landscape, conduct price and product benchmarking to inform decision-making on competitive positioningDevelop pricing frameworks to be adapted to local market conditionsBuild out strategic roadmap for the business across multiple countries, incorporating product and capability improvementsDrive internal process and sales ops improvements within the Commercial team to increase sales efficiency through automation, SOPs, etc.Determine sales enablement priorities and initiatives to improve conversion through the sales cycleEstablish the branding strategy by working closely with various stakeholders, including marketing teamsRequirements
At least Degree in any fieldAt least 3-5 years of experience in commercial strategy, consulting, or sales planningPrior experience in project management or end-to-end project launch and execution would be idealHigh level of proficiency in powerpoint and excelAble to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentSharp analytical abilities and a structured, logical approach to clarifying, scoping and solving problemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
