The Regional Human Resources, Executive (Operations) supports the administrative work in relation to the employee life cycle events for Regional & Tech.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with new hire on all the documents needed for their onboarding
  • Prepares employment contracts of the new hires and track that is duly signed off
  • Apply for work visa if applicable for new hire
  • Send welcome email to new hires
  • Update new hire information into HRIS and ensure that the information are mapped onto the payroll system accordingly
  • Ensure all new hires documents are duly filed into their pfile
  • Track new hire confirmation are completed on time
  • Attend to employee queries on their need for employment certification letter
  • Track work visa renewal
  • Submit claims for government paid leave
  • Update HRIS on the offboarding information
  • Send out offboarding email to employees and managers
  • Track to ensure that stakeholders completes the offboarding activities in accordance to the timeline set
  • File IR21 for foreign employees who is leaving
  • Requirements

  • At least Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent with specialization in Human Resource Management
  • Minimally 1 year of working experience in a set up of no less than 500 employees
  • Strong command of written and spoken English language
  • Strong administrative skills
