The Regional Human Resources, Executive (Operations) supports the administrative work in relation to the employee life cycle events for Regional & Tech.
Responsibilities
Liaise with new hire on all the documents needed for their onboardingPrepares employment contracts of the new hires and track that is duly signed offApply for work visa if applicable for new hireSend welcome email to new hiresUpdate new hire information into HRIS and ensure that the information are mapped onto the payroll system accordinglyEnsure all new hires documents are duly filed into their pfileTrack new hire confirmation are completed on timeAttend to employee queries on their need for employment certification letterTrack work visa renewalSubmit claims for government paid leaveUpdate HRIS on the offboarding informationSend out offboarding email to employees and managersTrack to ensure that stakeholders completes the offboarding activities in accordance to the timeline setFile IR21 for foreign employees who is leavingRequirements
At least Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent with specialization in Human Resource Management Minimally 1 year of working experience in a set up of no less than 500 employeesStrong command of written and spoken English languageStrong administrative skills
