Responsibilities

  • Training Design & Delivery:
  • Assist in the design and development of training programs tailored to various sales teams (Sales, ASM, RSM, Key Account).
  • Conduct sales training sessions (both virtual and in-person), focusing on skill development, product knowledge, and sales processes.
  • Implement e-learning modules, monitor participant progress, and provide feedback
  • Content Creation:
  • Develop and update training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and quizzes, ensuring they align with current business needs.
  • Create scenarios for role-playing exercises to help trainees practice real-life sales challenges.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through tests, quizzes, and feedback surveys.
  • Monitor trainees' progress and provide recommendations for ongoing development.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Sales Training Manager and department heads to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the coordination of training schedules and logistics for multiple locations.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and present reports on training outcomes, including participant feedback, performance improvement, and areas for further development.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or sales training.
  • Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus.
  • Good at English
