Crossborder Unit focuses on handling the challenges presented by international shipping from Regional Partnerships Office, China Sales Office, and Export Services. The Unit handles the intricate paperwork, customs regulations, and potential delays that arise when moving goods across borders. This unit also ensures smooth transit by working closely with customs agencies, managing international documentation, and keeping on top of ever-changing import/export rules.
Job Description:
You will be part of one of Ninja Van's departments - Key Accounts. The objective is to maintain a positive relationship with Ninja Van's international clients and cater not only to their day-to-day operational needs but also to be a quick-response team that handles situations and escalations as they pop-up. Consider this role as both a vanguard and a firefighter - we are the first people that our clients reach out to, and are in the best position to assist them.
Main Duties:
Familiarizes the daily needs of the assigned account, and make sure they have the data that they need whether it be on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Understands and recommends innovative suggestions on what needs to be done, and make sure that the whole Ninja Van team understands as well translate "client speak" into our own internal language. Promote a positive working relationship with Ninja Van's top Crossborder accounts through a hands-on service provision.Executes day-to-day operational tasks that deal with aligning Ninja Van’s and client’s systems. Ensures that processes are followed - but also look into improving these processes not just for key accounts but for Ninja Van as a whole. Assists the account manager in hitting operational KPIs through shipment monitoring from inbound until delivery, data analysis, and project management.First-tier problem solvers. Ensuring that all solutions were exhausted before escalating the issue to the next level supported with gathered data and investigation results. Familiar with all legs of operations and ensures the process flow of the clients’ parcels are moving seamlessly and well monitored.Collaborates with the Core Operations teams in charge , including NV regional counterparts to reach prospective clients satisfaction and expectation.Assure the resolution of financial disputes and on time collection of outstanding balance.Others
