Responsibilities

  • Analyze team and individual performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Recommend and develop strategic initiatives based on business needs, including justifications, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Manage and oversee strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with department heads and sales teams to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven support for pricing decisions on large projects, including P&L analysis and process socialization.
  • Prepare and present data for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and other commercial meetings.
  • Monitor and report the progress, successes, and lessons learned from strategic initiatives.
  • Requirements

  • 3–5 years in commercial strategy, project management, or data and strategic analysis, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
  • Candidates with experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries are highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a solid understanding of sales processes. Experience in P&L analysis and collaborating in a regional or cross-functional environment is highly valued.
  • Creative thinker, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
