Interpret data sets, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Monitor team performance metrics, conduct performance reviews, and identify areas for improvement to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify training needs within the team, organize training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

Work closely with BI and other operations departments to integrate data analytics into business operations and decision-making processes.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability through rigorous quality assurance processes and adherence to best practices.

Continuously find ways to streamline the operations need.

Regularly review Recovery’s operational policies and procedures.

Prepare and submit reports as required by management.

Bachelor degree in any field

3 years’ experience in warehousing operations

Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.

Familiarity with statistical methods and techniques for data analysis.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on data-driven insights.

Ability to think critically and analytically, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments to achieve common goals.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.

Strong ability to grasp operation processes and systems quickly

Hands on approach as work will be warehouse based

Required skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel and above with a minimum knowledge on Pivot Table, SUMIF & VLOOKUP
