Responsibilities

  • Support inday-to-dayoperationsofrewards programfromrewardsfulfilment, feedback gathering,shippersmanagement,monitoringof adoptionrate/utilizationrate,regular managementreporting, toiterationsand optimizationsof theprograms;
  • Support inplanningandexecutingof online/offlinetradeeventsincludingbutnot limitedtoTradeShows,ShipperEngagement Events,andMarketplaceSellersEvents;
  • Support inconductingmarketresearchand analyzingmarket trendstoproposestrategies andactionplans;
  • Support inanalyzingtheeffectivenessofall tradepromotionplansimplementedand recommendappropriateimprovementplans;
  • Support inperformingpostevaluationsof the plannedactivities,eventsandprovideinsights forfutureactivities;
  • Requirements

  • 1+ experience working as Trade Marketing, Loyal Program in Ecommerce,Express industries
  • Strong project management skills
  • Photoshop/Designing skill is a bonus
  • Bachelor'sDegree
  • Working address: Ninja Van Vietnam Office, 307/21 Nguyen Van Troi, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.
