Responsibilities

  • Manage employee travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies
  • Assess and approve all travel and accommodation applications
  • Maintain relationships with travel vendors and corporate partners
  • Validate invoices for accuracy and alignment with budget guidelines
  • Create monthly reports on travel expenses and usage
  • Monitor annual budget utilization and control costs
  • Develop, update, and socialize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for travel management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on travel and event-related matters
  • Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in travel management, project coordination, or HR-related roles
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies and procedures
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Forms, and web-based platforms
  • Familiar with project management tools and processes
  • Expertise in data analytics, collection, and preparation
