Responsibilities
Manage employee travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with corporate travel policiesAssess and approve all travel and accommodation applicationsMaintain relationships with travel vendors and corporate partnersValidate invoices for accuracy and alignment with budget guidelinesCreate monthly reports on travel expenses and usageMonitor annual budget utilization and control costsDevelop, update, and socialize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for travel managementCollaborate with internal teams and external vendorsProvide timely updates to stakeholders on travel and event-related mattersRequirements
1-2 years of experience in travel management, project coordination, or HR-related rolesStrong knowledge of corporate travel policies and proceduresExperience in vendor management and negotiationProficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Forms, and web-based platformsFamiliar with project management tools and processesExpertise in data analytics, collection, and preparation
