About the position

The Experience Enhancement team was created to unify the strategy for employee experience by seamlessly blending digital and human touch points while continuously improving P&C (People & Culture) processes. The team leverages data to drive process improvements and enable scalable solutions, ensuring a seamless and impactful journey for every Nubanker.

We are searching for a Global HR specialist to work closely with Nubankers managers coaching them through a variety of People needs. The position is essential for implementing our P&C initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics to different geos aligned with People Operations team and following available policy
  • Coach Nubank managers on performance improvement, team/manager effectiveness, terminations and employee relations matters.
  • Seek opportunities to identify and implement scalable and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes.
  • Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, and design and quickly implement solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Nubank's HR policies, local legal and regulatory knowledge and understand how to navigate the P&C ecosystem in order to effectively service Nubankers and leaders.

 

We are looking for someone:

  • Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish
  • Experience in mentoring leaders through daily HR topics such as performance enhancement and terminations
  • Concise, clear, and objective communication skills
  • Process improvement and project management experience
  • Good stakeholder management: able to navigate ambiguous matters and influence a diverse set of partners and teams
  • Creative problem-solving and hands-on approach and taking ownership

Our Nu Way of Working

Our working model follows cycles that can range from two to three months, depending on the area of focus. This means that for every eight or twelve weeks of remote work, one will be spent in the office.
