About the opportunity

We are seeking an Agile Solutions Analyst with Atlassian stack knowledge to leverage agile tools usage and adoption in N26 with connection to the progress tracking of teams in order to manage work for a scaled product development environment. The team is integral to track the progress of teams’ work in order to manage work for a scaled product development and regulated environment. This technical analyst role involves ownership of critical projects, initiatives & customer relationships across N26 and interacts with a diverse group of teams, functions & stakeholders with varying degrees of expertise. 

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for supporting, improving and maintaining our Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Management)
  • Design custom JIRA workflows for different issue types to assist in automation of provisioning and build applications as well as other continuous integration workflows 
  • Develop and implement solutions, share best practices within the organization, identifying opportunities to improve processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity
  • Enhance project management methodologies through Jira configuration, while adhering to company standards
  • Provide the best service to developers, stakeholders, and customers to make changes and improve their daily tools using the most advanced technology available
  • Support, listen and provide first-class service to stakeholders and translate business requirements into jira objects; create complex workflows, validations, automations
  • Be curious about how your skills and ideas connect with lean agile ways of working and enable colleagues to track, review, and document their work with ease
  • Love solving problems and optimizing processes and workflows
  • Own projects within the team and those requested by stakeholders end-to-end 
  • Teach, train, and then coach colleagues on how to get the best out of their tools to boost their productivity and experience

What you need to be successful:

Background: 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Atlassian suite with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence applications
  • Know how to leverage Roadmaps, Automations and Scriptrunner for different teams.
  • Experience with a large organisation who are familiar with scaled agile ways of working
  • You have a deep expertise in Jira administration, workflow customization, stakeholder management, and best practices for scalable implementation across diverse teams
  • Experience as a Jira administrator
  • Jira certifications (e.g., ACP-JA)
  • Experience with SQL and database management
  • Fluent English is a must

Skills: 

  • Competent with automations, assets, roadmaps, and scriptrunner
  • Knowledge of product and software development and Agile ways of working
  • Customer and user centric 
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving 
  • You are an excellent communicator and facilitator who enjoys working with teams
  • Growth mindset, self awareness, and you are proactive, inquisitive and not afraid to learn something new every day

Nice to have:

  • Advanced Atlassian certifications 
  • Knowledge of product and software development lifecycle and Agile methodology
  • Knowledge about ITIL/ITSM, BI Reporting (Atlassian Analytics)
  • Experience in a regulated financial institution or banking environment
