About the opportunity

You will join the Cards & Wallets Segment in the Everyday Banking Domain, where we are responsible for providing our users and the company with a secure, compliant, scalable, and disruption-free card experience.

The Cards & Wallets Group is based in our Berlin office, which serves as the global hub for both our domestic and international business. Timing-wise, you will be joining at a pivotal moment as we redefine our card strategy to achieve scale and revenue growth in line with our expanding global footprint. Our cross-functional teams are passionate about collaboration, knowledge sharing, and working with a high degree of autonomy.

As an iOS Engineer at N26, you will be encouraged to embrace the latest technologies and frameworks to solve customer-centric, complex, and engaging problems on a daily basis.

In this role, you will

  • Be part of a high-performing team that builds technologies to make banking more human.

What you need to be successful

Background:

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the iOS platform.

  • Proven experience with a variety of iOS frameworks.

  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with Agile development.

  • Expertise in Swift and familiarity with Objective-C.

  • Experience leading technical projects from start to finish.

Skills:

  • Highly motivated and a fast learner.

  • Strong bias for action and a results-driven mindset.

  • Full professional proficiency in English.

Traits:

  • A strong drive to take action and get things done.

  • Motivation to write well-tested and well-documented code.

  • Ability to give and receive open, direct, and timely feedback.
