About the opportunity
We are seeking a Product Manager with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to join our Payments segment. This role offers a unique opportunity to redefine the global relationship with money and contribute to building the bank the world loves to use. As a Product Manager for Payments Experience, you will oversee and be responsible for the customer experience and performance of specific payment flows.
In this role you will:
- Take ownership of the entire product funnel and payment experience, from ideation and strategy to design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement.
- Spearhead product strategy, customer research, opportunity sizing, planning, scoping, and prioritization to build the highest impact products, experiences and improvements for our customers.
- Oversee the product roadmap, ensuring alignment between short-term goals and long-term vision.
- Utilize data-driven insights and customer feedback to inform the continuous improvement roadmap through A/B testing and CX experiments.
- Monitor and optimize the overall product funnel and payment experience performance.
- Drive effective cross-functional partnership, constantly inspiring and influencing colleagues in engineering, UX, data, business operations, compliance, and other product areas to deliver on goals and maximize impact.
What you need to be successful:
- 2+ years experience in Product Management ideally gained in a FinTech, banking environment, core banking providers (or similar), or online retail
- Experience optimizing product funnels or checkout conversion
- STEM, business, economics undergraduate. MBA, MS or equivalent would be a plus.
- Autonomous and adaptive operator with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for change and innovation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience dealing with high engaged third party providers and working with third party vendors is a big plus
- Strong understanding of agile product development and delivery.
