About the opportunity : 
As a Senior CRM Specialist (Engagement and Retention), you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping our CRM strategies, with a focus on a balanced mix of 50% operational tasks and 50% strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in optimising our CRM engagement and retention efforts to align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
 

In this role, you will:


Operational Excellence (50%)

  • Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, employing a holistic approach to engage effectively with our customer base.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of complex campaigns, leveraging your operational expertise.

  • Champion adherence to established processes, both within your role and among stakeholders, to maximise campaign efficiency and operational excellence.

  • Conceptualize, set up, and maintain automated communication workflows that support the achievement of CRM key performance indicators.

Analytic mastery

  • Collaborate with data analytics and data engineers to ensure a data driven approach to your work.

  • Utilise A/B testing methodologies to optimise campaign performance, leveraging your technical and analytic proficiency.

  • Own and report on the development of your KPI’s.

Strategic Leadership (50%)

  • Collaborate closely with the CRM team and seasoned CRM managers to conceptualise and plan new strategic campaigns that align with the company's overarching goals.

  • Lead the implementation of these strategic initiatives, leveraging your strategic insights and operational expertise to drive success.

  • Apply data-driven insights and your understanding of customer segments to ensure targeted messaging and the achievement of strategic objectives.

What you need to be successful:

Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM roles

  • Proven track record in CRM campaign execution and optimization at a senior level.

  • Strong technical skills, including HTML and A/B testing, to ensure operational excellence.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools to drive effective campaigns.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Creative problem-solving ability combined with a strategic mindset to drive innovation in CRM initiatives.
