Internship Overview
OpenSesame seeks passionate, driven students to join us for a paid internship program. Suppose you’re intelligent, curious, and full of fresh ideas. In that case, this is your chance to collaborate with an exceptional team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
As a Partner Team intern, you’ll dive into impactful projects that directly contribute to OpenSesame’s growth and success. You’ll collaborate closely with partners, work cross-functionally with other teams, and gain valuable exposure to our leadership while building meaningful relationships.
About the Partnerships Team
The Partnerships Team at OpenSesame is at the forefront of building powerful alliances with industry-leading LMSs, LXPs, HR platforms, and cutting-edge technology providers.
We’re the bridge that connects innovation with opportunity, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to amplify OpenSesame’s reach, drive meaningful impact, and shape the future of eLearning. Together, we create strategic relationships that unlock new possibilities and fuel our mission to transform workplace training!
Performance Objectives
2 Weeks:
- Complete onboarding to understand OpenSesame’s partnership strategy, tools, and workflows.
- Gain proficiency in internal systems, including Salesforce, Google Sheets, and other project management tools.
- Begin contributing to partner program support by managing databases and assisting with organizational tasks.
By 30 Days:
- Engage in B2B activities such as branding initiatives, lead generation processes, and marketing automation platforms.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships Team to improve internal resources, documentation, and workflows.
- Provide analytical assistance by creating reports and presentations to support ongoing partner initiatives.
- Shadow team members to understand the sales process, tech support, and partner engagement strategies.
By 60 Days:
- Take ownership of projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of partner programs.
- Begin managing and maintaining partner-related databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Contribute to content creation and branding efforts in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Develop a deeper understanding of Salesforce, Pardot, and similar systems to support partner operations.
By 90 Days:
- Lead a significant project within the Partnerships Team, contributing to your portfolio of accomplishments.
- Support the development and implementation of partner programs that align with team goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute branding and lead generation initiatives, delivering measurable results.
- Present progress and insights to the Partnerships Team, showcasing your impact and growth.
Commitment:
- 30-40 hours per week
Compensation:
- Standard: $17/hour
Fully Remote Role: Interns must have a personal computer and access to consistent high-speed internet during working hours.
