We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leader to drive sales performance across the state. This senior leadership role will focus on managing a team and achieving business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in sales management, team leadership, market analysis, and business development. Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market analysis and identify prospective customers. Prepare and maintain a list of potential leads.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are achieved.
Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor the performance of team members to ensure regular enrollments and product usage.
Networking: Leverage strong networking skills to generate leads, develop business opportunities, and build lasting customer relationships.
Travel: Willing to travel extensively within the designated area for client meetings, team management, and prospecting new business.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that will drive both enrollments and usage in the assigned territory.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in Fintech.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage large sales teams.
Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies.
Networking: Excellent networking skills with a focus on generating leads and building relationships at senior levels.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
