Job Title: Ads Operations Lead
Job Summary:
Paytm is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead its Ads Operations team. As the Head of Ads Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of ad campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, optimization, and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and data analytics, to drive revenue growth and deliver best-in-class advertising experiences for our clients. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on operational excellence, strategic planning, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Ads Operations team to ensure flawless execution of ad campaigns, from planning to reporting.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to develop and implement effective ad strategies.
Oversee ad inventory management, ensuring optimal utilization and revenue generation.
Drive continuous improvement in ad operations processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improved client outcomes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including data privacy and ad policy regulations.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth ad delivery and performance.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Work closely with senior leadership to align advertising operations with overall business goals and objectives.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, digital ad platforms, and campaign management tools.
Proven track record of managing large-scale ad operations, driving efficiency, and delivering strong business results.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the digital advertising ecosystem.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with mobile advertising platforms or in a high-growth tech environment.Expertise in working with DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges.MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or related field.
