About the role: 

Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to concern teams.

Expectations/ Requirements:

1. Review of standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS and IND-AS
2. Monthly MIS and handling internal/ stat Audit.
3. Handling All Finance & Tax related matters of subsidiaries
4. Closely tracking all Business & Cost flow in close coordination with Business team
5. Providing alerts to management on any potential challenges in any, business arrangement on Pro -Active basis
6. Dealing with all Inter departments teams and handling their Finance & Tax related queries with best solution
7. Coordination with multiple teams and layers for any potential transaction
8. Optimization and balancing the payouts as per business request and priority basis
9. Dealing with new challenges for Finance & Tax matter related to International entities
10. Provide financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations
11 Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
12. Play vital role for Troubleshooting of the issues and challenges raised in any all financial transactions
13. Implementing initiatives for process improvement, cost reduction and foreign currency repatriation
14. Controlling Related Party transactions including approval, Arm Length etc.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

1. Qualified as Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of progressive experience
2. Thorough knowledge of Ind AS
3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization
4. Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day
5. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with other financial systems such as SAP.
