Expectations/ Requirements
We are hiring for the role of Government Ad Sales for FMCG, Consumer. Internet, Gaming verticals. The responsibilities would be as follows:
Become an expert in Paytm Ads solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
Experience in handling Government clients is must.
Own end-to-end key business metrics like ads revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships
Be the voice of Paytm ads in the industry and present Paytm's advertising solutions to CXOs, media heads, brand managers, agency partners of large brands in the market
Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitches and proposals aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives
Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor and deliver expected results to the advertiser
Lead initiatives which require significant cross team collaboration to build
innovative advertising solutions for key advertisers
Provide constant feedback to the product team to improve advertising
performance and customer experience.
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in advertising sales managing large clients (digital preferred) for the vertical lead, 5+ years of experience for the account manager
Proven experience in managing programs / categories / business verticals
Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
Ability to deep-dive into a problem; very strong analytical and presentation skills required
High bias for action required
Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
