Growth + Strategy Manager

Job Description:

As the Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that scale business operations and drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics, to streamline growth processes, optimize user journeys, and ensure that Paytm Money's financial products are accessible and efficient for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Paytm Money’s financial products.
Operations Optimization: Streamline operations to improve efficiency and ensure smooth scaling of growth initiatives. Identify bottlenecks and areas for operational improvement, leveraging automation and process re-engineering where necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, analytics, and customer support teams to align on growth goals and optimize the user journey across all touchpoints.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) related to growth and operations, and prepare actionable insights and reports for senior management.
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improving product offerings and customer experience.
Marketing & Sales Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive growth initiatives and launch targeted campaigns aimed at boosting user acquisition and product adoption.
Growth Experiments: Design and execute A/B testing, growth hacks, and experiments aimed at improving conversion rates and customer engagement across different channels.
Budget & Resource Management: Optimize the budget and allocate resources efficiently to meet growth targets, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and generate a high return on investment (ROI).
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of operations and growth specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
