Responsibilities:
•Oversee the entire logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of products.
•Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
•Oversee billing of logistics partners to optimize on the cost part by restructuring load distribution/other practices.
•Coordinate with carriers, and other partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
•Identification of new logistics partner in terms to implement best industry practices & reduce delivery TAT’s.
•Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
•Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
•Lead a team of logistics staff, providing training and support as needed.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Btech.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the quick commerce or e-commerce sector.
•Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
•Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
