About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented General Manager to spearhead our Offline Referral Leads acquisition strategy. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a robust network of offline channels to generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads. You will leverage existing Paytm business teams, partner ecosystems (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato), and community networks (e.g., Resident Welfare Associations, Gig Workers) to drive customer acquisition through innovative referral programs.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Development & Management:
Identify, develop, and manage a diverse portfolio of offline channels, including but not limited to:
Indirect Channels: Distributors, Retailers (managed through indirect managers)
Direct Channels: Build and manage a dedicated sales team
Analyze channel performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize channel strategies.
Establish and manage channel quotas, incentives, and performance targets.
Program Development & Execution:
Design and implement innovative referral programs across various offline channels.
Collaborate with existing Paytm business teams to leverage their resources and expertise.
Develop and execute programs for Resident Welfare Associations, Gig Workers (auto-riders, delivery partners), and other community networks.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of channel managers and sales representatives.
Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all offline channels.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and channel performance.
Analyze data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.
Partner Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including but not limited to Swiggy, Zomato, and other relevant players.
Negotiate and manage partner agreements and incentives.


Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or channel management.
Industry Experience: Proven track record of success in industries such as Mobility (Mobile Manufacturers, Uber, Ola), Consumer Durables (Samsung, Canon), or related sectors.

Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
