About the role:
Incumbent will be responsible for managing vendor payout reports and employee incentive. Also, to assist collections team in managing the settlement process.

About the team:
Liaison between the creditors and consumers. They are in charge of observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.

Expectations/ Requirements:

For Billing & Raising Invoice-
 
1. To manage the vendor payout reports and employee incentive.
2. To ensure the pay-outs are calculated as per the approved grid.
3. Collaborate with various internal stake holder to ensure smooth and faster payout process.
4. To publish MIS on the cost and expenses to the management.
5. To ensure the due-diligence while execution with zero tolerance on Audit & compliance.
6. To create SOP’s and manage checks and control to avoid the income leakage or loss.
 
For Settlement-
 
1.To assist collection team in managing the settlement process which includes waivers.
2. To ensure the settlement waiver as processed as per the approved grid and delegation.
3. Track and monitor payments on daily payments to update the settlement status.
4. To ensure the process is followed with due-diligence and avoid process gap.,
5. Timely closure of settled accounts to avoid customer escalation.
6. To Publish management information as required by Business.
7.  To ensure the SOP’s are maintained and reviewed frequently.
8.  Facilitating external audits thus ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

1. Should possess 2-5 years of progressive experience in lending/banking and/or handling vendor pay out / settlement.
2. Should possess strong knowledge of collections and MS office.
3. Technical skills would be added advantage.
4. Should possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
5. Working Knowledge of Presentation.

Education: Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred
