Job Description: AVP - Offline Business P&L, Monetization & Strategy

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to lead the P&L,
monetization, and strategic initiatives for our General Trade - SB/QR/EDC business.
This role will be pivotal in driving growth, profitability, and overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
 P&L Management:
o Own the end-to-end P&L responsibility for the General Trade business,
including revenue, cost, and profitability.
o Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends,
opportunities, and potential risks.
o Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs and improve
operational efficiency.
o Work on improving the Net Payment Margin for EDC business.
o Understanding & Driving - MDR, PG, & Routing for MDR bearing
instruments. 
 Monetization:
o Identify and explore new revenue streams and partnerships to drive
growth.
o Develop and execute innovative monetization strategies, such as
value-added services, premium offerings, and strategic alliances.
o Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify
opportunities for new revenue generation.

 Strategic Planning:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the offline
business, aligned with the overall company goals.
o Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and
opportunities.
o Develop business plans and forecasts to guide decision-making and
resource allocation.
 Team Management:
o Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and managers.
o Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
o Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
 MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech or payments
industry.
 Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and
forecasting.
 Proven track record in developing and executing successful business
strategies.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Strong leadership and team management abilities.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
