Responsibilities:
Understand the various Data bases/Data Tables in place and conduct in-depth data analysis to generate insights and identify trends for the Business Finance Team.
Analyze data from various sources, including user, vendor, and financial data, to identify trends and insights that will drive business growth.
Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and their comparison with AOP to keep stakeholders updated
collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and improve new business initiatives and strategic decisions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and work on automation of processes using tools.
Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and project status to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in SQL and Excel with the ability to create complex queries, perform data manipulation and statistical analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex business processes and systems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
