Trading in F&O Derivative Markets, Market Analysis & more. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive the success of our Equity
Business.Responsibilities:Understand Customer Needs: Know the pain points of a layman user & solve it with UI/UX/UJ. Product Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.Product Roadmap: Create and manage a prioritized product roadmap, balancing short-term objectives with long-term vision.Feature Definition: Define product features and requirements, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.Product Launch: Oversee product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer education.Product Performance: Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize product offerings.Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.Analytics: Experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making.Revenues: The product owned, will also be linked to Revenues/AOP targets, since this is a senior PM role. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Stock Broking Industry.Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Domain Knowledge (Preferred):Equity StocksMargin PledgeMargin Trade FundingBuy Backs, OFS, CA etc. If you are a passionate and results-oriented product manager who is excited to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.
