Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment in Noida. You will develop and implement effective strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and lead a team of field recruiters and vendor associates to meet our hiring needs, particularly for sales sub-departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Collaborate with Regional Heads on hiring requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and payouts.
  • Lead and manage a team of Field Recruiters and Vendor Associates.
  • Utilize data to improve recruitment metrics and processes.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Experience managing a recruitment team preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with vendor management and ATS.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment.
