ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sr. Operations Program Manager (Sr. OPM) with experience leading complex programs. The Sr. OPM will be a key operations interface in partnership to other OPMs, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams, as well as other functional organizations within Peloton. This role focuses on building strategic systems to support product operations from development to end of life operations, and delivers data-driven insights into the performance of our internal operations.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, PMO and other cross-functional teams to optimize logistical operations by defining systems strategies for all product lines to support a long-term business model.

Develop operational systems that align product management processes with supply chain objectives to drive efficient logistical operations and cost-efficiency within programs

Own all operational systems deliverables from early architecture, program launch through end of life, leading multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously.

Be the primary systems contact from the production phase through the end of life between US & Factory teams, ensuring go-to-market strategies are met and building success metrics to track the impact of our work.

Maintain, track and update system level risks, mitigation plans, upcoming milestones, and team priorities while also ensuring multi-functional alignment and agreement on those areas.

Communicate portfolio status, calling out key issues and options for resolution path, to the executive team through program reviews and other executive forums.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON

BS or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations Engineering or equivalent experience
-
5+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Manufacturing and Program Management/NPI role, leading development and delivery of large form factor and/or fitness products.

Effective collaboration with leadership, including at the executive level.

Cross-functional leadership experience and confidence in driving programs and teams through periods of ambiguity.

Ability to navigate competing program priorities. Experience identifying options and trade-offs and achieving consensus at all levels for your recommended approach.

Experience in strategic planning and portfolio management across teams.

Experience working with program management and PLM tools such as Windchill, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Google Drive.

Previous experience with larger form factor products is a plus.
