The Associate Business Systems Analyst will support users of various systems to optimize business processes. This role involves designing, documenting, and standardizing processes to support the Company's growth. The Analyst will participate in project teams to deliver comprehensive business solutions and provide training on best practices for business users. They will ensure that both short- and long-term objectives are clearly understood and translated into actionable goals and deliverables. Regular engagement with business management will be key to ensuring that business needs are consistently met

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

·         Support, optimize and maintain Go to Market IT applications such as Salesforce, Showpad, CRM/CPQ and other sales & marketing applications
·         Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of various systems/tools, ensuring alignment with business needs and system integration.
·         Collaborate with business users and the IT team to support the design, development, and implementation of tools and applications.
·         Assist with enhancement of existing SaaS systems and support the implementation of new systems.
·         Work with end users and process owners to identify opportunities for process improvement.
·         Assist in designing and implementing solutions aimed at improving process effectiveness and efficiency.
·         Analyze user needs and understand how they interact with business systems to improve functionality.
·         Support cross-functional projects by applying knowledge of the system and processes.
·         Assist business teams and software vendors in resolving software issues promptly and effectively. •
·         Research and suggest new technologies to improve user experience, performance, and integration.
·         Provide support in analyzing business requirements, identifying potential risks, and collaborating on solutions.
·         Track progress and assist in providing status updates to IT management and business stakeholders.
·         Research and recommend alternative solutions to address business needs.
·         Contribute to the development of IT policies, standards, and procedures.
·         Ensure system documentation is accurate, well-organized, and kept up to date.
·         Regularly engage with business teams to help ensure that business needs are being met.
·         Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
·         Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
·         Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
·         Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Minimum education and experience
·         Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience with financial, order management systems and processes, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

·         Knowledge in Sales areas such as Leads, opportunities, sales forecasts, pricing and quoting,
·         Knowledge of ERP systems and Business Process Improvement methodologies
·         Demonstrated ability to lead projects, drive solutions, and resolve issues creatively
·         Solid attention-to-detail, individual initiative, and organizational skills
·         Must be a self-starter and capable of working effectively with little supervision and driving individual projects
·         Business analysis skills; ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations; understanding of business needs and compliance requirements
·         Problem solving and decision-making capabilities
·         Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
·         High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
·         Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
·         Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously

Working Conditions

  • General office environment. Business travel from 0% - 10%. Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Requires some lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms, and to use a computer, sitting for extended periods. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to read, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

  • Starting Base Salary is $75,000/year - $90,000/year.       
  • Individual compensation will vary over time-based on factors such as performance, skill level, competencies, work location and shift.
