As the Supervisor of Data Management Ops Apps and Analytics, you will play an integral part in Penumbra's manufacturing process. You will be responsible for overseeing the team that provides Operations Application and Analytics support services at Penumbra. You will manage and prioritize data management activities including day-to-day master data set up based engineering change orders (ECO), and authorization for deviation (DA) instructions. You will Identify problem trends through dashboards and reporting and organize teams to address issues. You will participate in change management and project tasks. You will assign and monitor the work of personnel, which involves tracking and addressing open tickets to meet service level agreements. You will ensure team compliance with Quality Management System (QMS). You will also Work with management to define and review the standards for achievement and advancement for OAA Support staff.

What You'll Work On:
• Select, manage, train, and develop direct reports. Supervise day to day work assignments and provide ongoing feedback through performance reviews and development plans.
• Oversee the development, standardization, and documentation of OAA data management processes
• Assist the team with data entry tasks as required.
• Monitors tickets related to ECO and DA and other data management set up requests from ServiceNow to ensure that the team meets the service level agreements (SLAs)
• Independently triage incoming incidents and requests to identify the correct assignee to resolve the issue.
• Identify trends and recommend opportunities for operational, project and administrative improvements putting emphasis on data quality and process efficiency.
• Collaborate interdepartmentally to participate in and drive Penumbra’s initiatives.
 
 What You Bring:
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college / university with 3+ years of IT or business support experience, 2+ years of supervisory / leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Background in supply chain management is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in medical device or other regulated industry.
• Proficiency with SAP S4/HANA Applications
• Solid understanding of SAP PTM and Master Data Management.
• Familiar with engineering change order process (ECO)
• High-level of proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously while keeping tasks organized and on track.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, training, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to accomplish tasks with a high degree of accuracy and detail.
• Resilient in the face of continual change, able to manage high demands and unfamiliar situations.

Working Conditions:
General office and cleanroom environments. Willingness and ability to work on site at least 3 days a week. May have business travel from 5% - 15%; travel 1-2 days a month as needed. Overnight travel is not required but can occur in limited circumstances. Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Requires lifting and moving of up to twenty (20) pounds. Must be able to move between buildings and floors. Must be able to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment, such as printer or copy machine, for an extended period each day. Must be able to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets. Must be able to move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies, as needed. Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels.

Annual Base Salary Range:  $95,000 - $150,000/yearly

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
