🌩️ Sales Quality Assurance Manager – Telecommunications

📍 Old Trafford, Manchester | 💰 £40,000 base (£65,000 OTE) | 🕛 1pm - 10pm, early finish Fridays (6pm)

The Role:

In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of the post-meeting quality process for our North American clients, ensuring that every client interaction is strategically aligned and delivers maximum value. You’ll act as the bridge between Sales, Account Management, and our Client Technology Solutions (CTS) team - analysing meetings, providing targeted coaching, and surfacing new opportunities to strengthen client relationships. Your focus will be on driving revenue impact and client success by continuously raising the bar for meeting quality, collaboration, and insight-driven decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Meeting Quality Assurance - monitor and evaluate client meetings and calls to ensure consistency, impact, and strategic alignment.
  • Feedback & Coaching - provide actionable insights and coaching to Account Managers, helping them level up performance.
  • Collaborate with Client Tech Solutions (CTS) - to develop robust system summaries tailored to each client.
  • Identify Opportunities - analyse summaries to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our CCE solutions.
  • Drive Client Engagement - proactively schedule and coordinate GoTo Referral and CCE System Summary meetings, ensuring decision-maker alignment.
  • Set Standards & Best Practices - define and elevate meeting quality standards, equipping BDMs to maximize deal success.
  • Reporting & Insights - deliver clear, insightful reports to VP/SVP-level stakeholders to guide strategic direction.
  • Own the Revenue- take ownership of CCE/GoTo revenue targets - drive accountability, track progress, and celebrate wins
