Pinterest’s Channel Sales team is looking for a visionary leader to helm our Sales Partner Business across 40+ diverse markets, with a particular focus on APAC and the Middle East. This role will involve crafting and nurturing world-class sales partnerships, driving our strategy with agencies and advertisers, and leading a talented team to meet ambitious growth targets. With continuous market engagement and impactful representation at industry events, you’ll play a key role in evolving Pinterest’s brand throughout various international arenas.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and execute our go-to-market strategy across +40 markets, emphasizing APAC and the Middle East.
  • Cultivate an exceptional collaboration with Global Sales Partners like Aleph and DMS, enhancing their regional sales prowess.
  • Manage and foster relationships with sales partners and their local teams, ensuring they embody Pinterest's values and contribute to maximizing revenue streams.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of senior-level professionals, steering our strategic initiatives toward success with agencies, lower funnel advertisers, and Global Accounts.
  • Work cross-functionally and build cohesive partnerships with internal stakeholders including product, sales operations, and marketing
  • Represent Pinterest as a thought leader at speaking engagements and industry events, sharing our vision and insights.
  • Engage directly with partners, clients, and agencies through travel to key markets, reinforcing Pinterest’s presence and strategic objectives.

What we’re looking for:

  • 15+ years of experience in partnership management or sales leadership roles within an auction-based advertising platform.
  • Deep knowledge and experience of the Sales Partner/Reseller ecosystem in digital advertising
  • Exceptional skills in building and nurturing high-level partnerships, accompanied by strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and growing large teams and exceeding ambitious goals across multiple markets.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, capable of extracting insights to drive impactful decision-making.
  • Adept at managing complex cross-functional relationships and aligning teams with broader organizational objectives.
  • Resilient and adaptable, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally to build and maintain crucial business relationships.
  • Comfortable with 30% of travel time.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • As such, this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration, typically 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Singapore City based office.
