The Pinterest Business Marketing team is composed of highly skilled marketing generalists, able to flex with equal strength among marketing strategy, copywriting, project management, cross-functional team leadership, event planning and creative oversight. Most importantly, we are business marketers, able to capture hearts and minds with engaging, inspirational work that drives business impact. Expect to grow quickly, pivot often and learn a lot.
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our marketing strategy in Europe, initially focused on supporting the existing marketing team in the UK and developing a marketing plan for the Netherlands. In this role, you will partner closely with Business Marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to gain hands-on experience delivering and executing on marketing strategy that supports revenue goals and brand visibility within the industry.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Business Marketing leadership to bring the local market strategy to life in the UK, while building a new market strategy for the Netherlands, leveraging best practices, learnings, industry trends and insights on both Pinterest and competitors
- Own key initiatives to bring the strategy to life, such as Pinterest-owned or third party events, webinars, partnerships, success story creation etc
- Work closely with local and global teams to ensure that global programs resonate locally
- Manage the measurement of local marketing activations and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, measurement and the wider marketing team
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years experience in integrated marketing and/or digital marketing, B2B marketing experience is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organisational and project management skills to effectively handle multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in Dutch is a plus but not required
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow and develop within the field
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, with a specific focus on Pinterest (prior experience a plus)
- Basic analytical skills, with the ability to learn how to analyse data and derive actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience

In-Office Requirement Statement:
- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration once per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices. The role will also include travel to the Netherlands and the US circa once per quarter.
