What you’ll do:

  • Partner with internal teams and external research vendors to support the onboarding of vendors, maintain relationships with these vendors, and process contracts
  • Manage end-to-end participant recruitment for research projects, including sourcing, screening and coordinating logistics for both the participant and researcher experience
  • Maintain a high-quality bar for the execution of the research recruitment
  • Create and maintain documentation for research and research operations processes

 

What we’re looking for:

  • A well-organized self-starter with a keen eye for detail and an ability to ramp up quickly and the ability to prioritize multiple projects with different stakeholders
  • An owner, proposing ideas for improving efficiency with documentation, processes, and tools
  • Strong communication/relationship skills to work effectively across teams and build relationships with internal and external partners
  • 1+ years work experience in a UX or Market research setting with an understanding of the research processes and research recruitment processes 
  • 1+ years experience with research vendors and UX research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting, Dscout)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as project management, or equivalent experience

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
