Job summary
As a Senior HR Manager at Point, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for our growing Manila site. This is a vertical HR role covering both HR Operations (Total Rewards, HR Systems, and Annual HR Cycles) and HR Business Partnering (strategic advisory, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness).
You will serve as a strategic partner to the Manila Site Director while reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO) in the U.S. You’ll also work closely with Talent Acquisition to enhance our employer brand and optimize recruitment processes. Your mission is to design and implement country-appropriate and globally aligned HR strategies that drive competitiveness, fairness, and operational excellence.

Location Options
Point offers both in-office and work-from-home options. Our office is at Four/NEO, BGC. Work-from-home is available for experienced candidates with suitable remote work setup and subject to maintaining high-performance standards.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with Point’s business objectives in both the U.S. and the Philippines.
- Serve as a key thought partner to the Manila Site Director, helping to scale and optimize HR initiatives tailored to the Philippine market.
- Ensure HR policies, programs, and initiatives are equitable, compliant, and competitive within the local labor market while maintaining alignment with global HR standards.
HR Operations & Total Rewards:
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Partner with global HR teams to implement HR systems and optimize HR technology for process efficiency.
- Lead annual HR cycles (e.g., performance reviews, compensation planning, succession planning).
HR Business Partnering & Organizational Development:
- Provide strategic HR advisory to senior leaders, driving people-related decision-making.
- Design and implement performance management frameworks that foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development programs.
- Lead change management initiatives for Manila to support growth, transformation, and business continuity.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance our recruitment process and employer brand in the Philippines.
- Ensure hiring processes are efficient, inclusive, and aligned with business needs.
- Support initiatives to attract and retain top fintech talent in Manila.
HR Analytics & Compliance:
- Leverage HR data & analytics to drive decision-making and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws while maintaining a balance between legal, cultural, and business needs.
About you
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in a matrixed, global organization.
- Proven experience in HR operations, total rewards, and business partnering within a fast-growing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
