Job summary
As a Site Director, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations and strategic direction of the branch office, including production, customer service, and compliance. This role requires the development and execution of high-level strategies that ensure the site’s alignment with global objectives. You will oversee the development and leadership of managers, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with senior U.S. and global leadership to influence company-wide decisions.

Hybrid

Job responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute operational strategies for the branch office that align with the company’s global goals. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape organizational policies and ensure the branch office is a key contributor to global performance.
  • Management-Level Reporting: Serve as a strategic partner for the Chief Production Officer and other management team members, providing insights and recommendations based on site performance metrics and market conditions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:  Ensure alignment across teams and departments to optimize processes and deliver high-quality results while overseeing cross-functional collaboration between production, customer experience, compliance, HR, legal, finance, and IT.
  • Change Management: Lead cross-departmental change initiatives focused on innovation and continuous improvement while facilitating organizational change and clearly communicating its impact to all stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Direct resource allocation and utilization to meet business needs, while leading the development of strategies that enhance operational efficiency and team scalability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the branch office in all business matters and managing relationships with regulatory bodies, partners, and vendors.
  • Risk and Compliance Oversight: Ensure that the Manila site meets all operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements, driving policies that uphold the highest standards in customer data protection, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
  • Team Development: Lead and develop managers and functional leads, fostering a culture of leadership, accountability, and growth.

Qualifications and skills required

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred (Business, Operations, or related field).
    • 10+ years of leadership experience in operations management, including senior management positions.
    • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and overseeing large-scale operations.
    • Demonstrated success in managing multinational teams and ensuring regulatory compliance across different geographies.
    • Extensive experience in risk management, operational strategy, and customer experience.
    • Preferred: Experience working with C-level executives and influencing strategic decisions at the global level.
  • Skills
    • Strategic vision and ability to lead large-scale operational initiatives.
    • Expertise in performance metrics, data-driven decision-making, and operational optimization.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Advanced change management and resource planning skills.
