Job Summary:
As a Senior Process Improvement Associate, you will manage high-impact, cross-functional operations projects, leveraging advanced data analysis and process optimization techniques to drive business value. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and driving operational efficiency through strategic insights across various workflows. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure process improvements align with organizational goals, driving performance and sustainable growth.

Hybrid
Employees meeting performance criteria and hybrid work arrangement guidelines can transition to hybrid work after 6 months, pending internal approval.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Analyze current processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of waste. Propose data-driven improvements that increase productivity and optimize workflows.
  • Process Improvement Plans: Develop and execute detailed plans for process improvement, outlining necessary changes to workflows, systems, and team roles.
  • Implementation Leadership: Work with stakeholders across operations and product teams to prioritize and implement improvements, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
  • Research and Benchmarking: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, conducting research and benchmarking studies to bring the latest techniques into process improvement initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes, tracking progress toward business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in for process improvement initiatives while facilitating workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations on process improvements, sharing insights and recommendations with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Operations, Management Consulting, or Finance/Investment Banking/Venture Capital.
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, change management, data analytics, documentation, or training.
  • Proven experience in leading complex, multi-team initiatives with measurable results.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills with strong business acumen.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and G-Suite.
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university.

Skills:

  • Advanced data analysis skills, proficient in tools such as Sigma, Power BI, and BI Tools. SQL is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
  • Strong cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic problem-solving with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
