The Team

The mission of the Delivery Office is to guarantee the delivery of value from the company to the end customer, ensuring that the Prozis promise to the customer is kept, through the evolution, improvement and implementation of good practices to sustain growth and profit.
The DO acts through the analysis, supervision, coordination and implementation of the processes of the different departments involved, according to a logic of continuous improvement of the company's organizational processes.

Your Responsabilities

  • Communication via email and phone to address the needs of freight forwarders and/or clients;
  • Monitoring pending deliveries by completing tables provided by freight forwarders;
  • Responding to messages, handling client requests promptly and providing all necessary information to clarify doubts or resolve complaints;
  • Recording all communication with freight forwarders, along with the status of deliveries;
  • Daily validation of incidents recorded by the Customer Experience Team and continuous monitoring of their status;
  • Preparing quotes, scheduling, and tracking pickups for the Customer Experience Team and interdepartmental requests.
